History

Starting in 1979, the first 35 townhouses in our community were built. Over the next three years an additional 45 homes were added, thus completing the community we all love and call home today.

Heritage Hill of Alexandria Townhouses Association (the Association or HHATA) is a non-stock corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia in August 1978. The Association's purpose is to provide for maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of residence, lot, and common areas of the Association's property.

According to our historical financial records, control of the Association was transferred to the owners by the developer on April 30, 1980.
